Login Problems
If you have difficulties logging in or if you have forgotten any of your login details, please use one of the options recommended below to solve your issue:
Username:
Your username is the one that you typed during the registration process with Decayenne. If you do not remember your username then you can always use your registered Email address as an alternative. It is the same Email address where you receive your Decayenne notifications.
Once you are logged in you can change your username if you wish, on the Account page.
Password:
If you forgot your password, please enter your registered Email address in order to receive a new one:
Once you are logged in with the temporary password, you can change your password again on the Account page.

If you have forgotten your username and password to log into Decayenne, please send us a message using the support form with the following information:
